Supervisory Committee Report

I am delighted to report that all actions and decisions of the Officers of the Harp & Crown Credit Union have been carried out in accordance with the rules.

Each month Billy Rogers, Ricci Coulter and myself carefully inspect all records, securities and statements and all were reported to be in order.

Our reports are recorded at the Board of Directors meetings each month and whilst we still have a few bad debtors who we are actively pursuing to obtain outstanding money due, we are pleased that with the active work carried out by our Investigation Agency , the number of bad debtors is reducing.

It is pleasing to note that in most cases of difficulty, members will come and talk to our loans officers to sort out a suitable repayment term to avoid any legal action and to ensure funds are repaid to the credit union.

Once again, on behalf of the Supervisory Committee I would like to thank Carol Crockett who ensures each month that all records are updated and available for inspection throughout the year.
