The average cost of a first time car and insurance for a 17 year old is close to £5,000! Why not help your junior save towards their first car experience.
According to CarMagazine.co.uk a first time car costs in the region of £3,410 for a teenager.
Furthermore, Confused.com reported that the average cost of car insurance for a 17 year old was around £1454 for the year. That's nearly £5,000 and doesn't even account for the costs associated with driving lessons.
